Carpet feeders
Feed systems based on linear conveyor systems (carpet feeders) ensure the extremely gentle conveyance of highly sensitive workpieces.
By means of an electromagnetic drive, the workpieces are transported gently on conveyor tracks/channels lined with brush material.

APPLICATION
- Usually, complete part families can be moved via a standardized system, so that there is hardly any setup work
- An upstream belt system ensures the optimal distribution and stockpiling of products
- No filling height of the stocking system compared to conventional belt hopper systems

- Conveying system lined with a part-protecting carpet
- Very good conveying properties
- From L 500-1200 mm x W approx. 250 mm (depending on the product geometry and the required capacity)
